Brian Greene

Brian Greene is an American theoretical physicist, mathematician, and one of the most widely read popular science authors of his generation. A professor at Columbia University, he has spent his career working on string theory while also dedicating much of his writing to making complex physics accessible to non-specialist readers.

His books, including The Elegant Universe and The Fabric of the Cosmos, have introduced millions of readers to ideas about space, time, and the nature of reality. Until the End of Time (translated into Indonesian as Hingga Akhir Waktu) explores the origins of the universe and the eventual fate of everything within it, weaving together physics, biology, and reflections on meaning.

Greene is also known for co-founding the World Science Festival, an annual event aimed at bringing science to broad public audiences.
