Laode Insan

Laode Insan is an Indonesian author, scriptwriter, and entrepreneur with a passion for storytelling that bridges the maritime heritage of Eastern Indonesia with contemporary narratives.

His debut novel, Para Penakluk Ombak (The Wave Conquerors), is currently in production at Gramedia Pustaka Utama — one of Indonesia's most established publishers.

Beyond writing, Laode is the founder of SAPATI Group and Rumah Ode, a creative house that nurtures emerging Indonesian talent in literature and the arts.
